To submit an NCAS record claim, please submit the form below.

Updates to Categories

Open & Female categories came into effect from 1st April 2026. This means that all current Men’s categories have been renamed to ‘Open’, and all Women’s categories renamed to ‘Female’.

All existing county records will remain valid and what were Men’s records will only be improved upon if a valid ‘Open’ record claim is received. All current Men’s county records have been archived.

For scores achieved at 'Organised Club Target Day (Registered)' shoots, the record claim must come from the club officer, not from the individual archer.

Name of Field Captain or Judge - for 'Organised Club Target Day (Registered)' only

The club must state a named field captain or judge for organised club target day shoots. The results must be accompanied by a copy of the claimed scoresheet, which is clearly signed by the archer, scorer AND also by the Field Captain or judge. The signature of the named Field Captain is to certify that the shoot was run in accordance with the Archery GB Rules of Shooting.
