Now that things are beginning to get back to some degree of normality, as in previous years NCAS will be arranging coaching sessions at Montsaye Community Sports Centre in Greening Road, Rothwell.
The dates are:
24th October 2021
28th November 2021
23rd January 2022
27th February 2022
27th March 2022
All these dates are a Sunday.
The cost will again be £25 to cover all five sessions.
Over this period we expect to cover individual technique coaching, bow and equipment tuning including fletching and wooden arrows, sports psychology, strength and conditions and nutrition. The county’s senior coaches will be in attendance.
This coaching is aimed at archers relatively new to the sport.
As in previous events the junior session will be from 9.30.am. until 12.30.pm. and the seniors from 1.30.pm until about 4.00.pm.
I am afraid that due to Covid restrictions numbers this year will be restricted and places offered on a first come basis. To keep the room numbers down we are asking that, if possible, a junior is brought to the venue by a single parent and even left, if they are happy with that.
