The next NCAS committee meeting is at 19:30 on Thursday 10th February, and on this occasion will be held at the cricket club at Kettering Archers field. Everyone is welcome. Please advise as soon as possible if you have anything for the agenda.

The planned EGM meeting next Wednesday 19th January 2022 has now been cancelled. The sole purpose of this meeting was to arrange a new Committee Treasurer, which could now have been resolved.
NCAS will be holding an extraordinary general meeting on Wednesday 19th January at 7.30.pm at the Old Grammarians Sports complex, Sywell Road, Wellingborough, NN8 6BS.
The purpose of this is to appoint a new county treasurer. Please bring this to the attention of all your club members, we need to find someone who is prepared and available to undertake this task as soon as possible. Being treasurer does not require a great deal of time or effort and assistance will be available to ease a person into the role. Failure to appoint a new treasurer will mean outsourcing and there are many reasons, apart from cost, why this is not advisable.
Please pass details of anyone able to undertake the role to the NCAS committee as soon as possible.

The NCAS Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be on Thursday 18th November 2021
Time: 19.30 hrs
Venue: is Memorial Sports Field, Sywell Road, Wellingborough, NN8 6BS
There will be light refreshments available and a licensed bar will be in operation.

Formal notice is given for the NCAS AGM which will be held via Zoom on 12/11/2020 at 19.30 hrs. As this meeting is not face the face the committee have requested that I send out all information in good time, in order that clubs can communicate with their members and receive feedback.
Please forward any feedback to the county secretary Pat Jones, and she will pass on to the committee members. This will then be discussed at a special committee meeting on 29/10/2020 via Zoom set up for this purpose. Everyone will thereby have had an opportunity to input their feedback / views for consideration. This will enable an informed AGM even under the current difficult circumstances.
Sadly there will be no opportunity to award trophies this year.

County calendar dates for 2021 – The county calendar has been organised along similar lines to previous years as preparation for a hopefully more normal outdoor season next year.
There will be more information being sent out shortly in order that all members are kept informed and have an opportunity to input their views.
The AGM is, as always, open to all members and the Zoom meeting can accommodate more members than normally attend the AGM. If your members wish to participate, please forward their names and email addresses so that an invitation can be sent out.
The Zoom meeting details will be made available closer to the date.
