The results are now available from Sundays John Hartfield Memorial Field Shoot, which took place at Long Buckby Archery Club’s Field Course at Daventry Rugby Club.
The event was once again very well attended with archers travelling from all over Britain to what is now considered one of the best field archery shoots of the year.

Archers of Raunds are holding their Open Albion & Windsor Tournament on 20th July 2014.
Another relaxed local shoot, ideal for all levels. It would be appreciated if clubs could mention this shoot to it’s members.
Rounds: Albion, Windsor, Short Windsor, Junior Windsor & Short Junior Windsor.
Venue: Manor School Sports Field, Raunds.
A reminder that Duston Bowmen are holding their annual outdoor torunament on 29th June. At the moment there are very few entries so the shoot might need to be cancelled if more aren’t received.
This is a relaxed local shoot ideal for all levels, if clubs could mention the shoot to it’s members that would be appreciated.

Derek Bett of Kettering Archers has improved on his previous York round national and regional record with a fantastic score of 937! Derek achieved the new record at Wilford Bowmen’s Open York on 18th May 2014. His previous record of 903 was achieved at the same tournament last year.
